Community and Personal Life:

Her community involvement reflects her belief that strong neighborhoods create strong outcomes. Joni actively supports the Windermere Foundation, and Third Place Commons at the Lake Forest Park Town Center, and other community causes.

Before transitioning fully into real estate leadership, Joni invested nearly four decades building and leading a respected martial arts academy in Shoreline. While the academy closed during the COVID era, the values it instilled; discipline, empowerment, resilience, and service to others continue to shape her work today.

A mother of four grown sons and a proud grandmother, Joni values legacy, purpose, and meaningful relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, music, the performing arts, and traveling with her husband.
